Time management skills and staying healthy are important in this period of a National Pandemic concerning the spread of the CORONA VIRUS.

  • While students are at home it is imperative that they adhere to a self-made study schedule and eat healthily
  • You can improve your time management skills by making a schedule
  • Rid yourself of distractions. Distractions seems to be around every corner
  • Complete important tasks first
  • Study during your spare time
  • Do not procrastinate
  • Most importantly avoid the sofa and the bed
  • The role of the immune system is to protect your body against harmful substances
  • Ways to healthy living is fun and can be practiced by the whole family
  • Wash hands regularly with soap
  • Include fruit and vegetables into your eating plan to lower the risk of certain types of illnesses
  • Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing
  • REMEMBER DO NOT SHAKE HANDS, find some other alternative
