All fees are paid in ADVANCE, whether it's annual/quarterly payment / monthly installments & will increase annually. If your child attends our facility for only part of the month for any reason (le: annual holiday, illness, etc.) you will still be liable for the full month's fee. As we are registered with credit bureaus, we reserve the right to request checks and listings of clients (new applications or defaults). Children are left in our care at the parent's own risk, we cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred on the premises. One full calendar month's written notice (which will be charged for) is required if, for whatever reason, our service is no longer needed. The notice period for Pre-primary children is a Full School Term, which will be charged for. Should payment be defaulted on, you will be liable for ALL collection fees Incl. attorney and sheriff costs. Rights of admission are reserved and we reserve the right to suspend/terminate service with immediate effect in the event of non-payment of any fees or if in the best interest of the school.
