My son attended a government junior school where he got "lost" in the crowd and struggled in overfull classrooms to achieve his potential. Since beginning Grade 8 at Riverside, my son has flourished in the smaller classes and now receives the additional attention he needs from some truly amazing teachers, this has enabled him to excel academically. My son found a home where he belongs, formed a tight group of great friends, and has grown and matured through the nurturing guidance of his teachers. A friend once reminded me that it takes a village to raise a child, we are grateful to be part of the wonderful Riverside village

I have been working at Riverside College for the past 3 years and can honestly say that I have found my home. Riverside College has allowed me to flourish as the teacher I have always aspired to be. I thrive in a trusting and supportive environment and this is what Riverside provides. The parents and staff work together as a team to help the learners reach their full potential.

Working at Riverside is like being part of a family. It is an environment where everyone is part of a team whether you are part of the staff or a learner, we all look out for each other and care for one another. The teachers know all the learners by name, we see each child as an individual and strive to help the learner further develop on their skills and talents.
